My Layouts¶
The MoErgo Layout Editor keeps a record of your saved layouts, which you can retrieve on any compatible web browser. This functionality is only available if you are logged into your account.
You can reach the My Layouts page by clicking on My Layouts in the menu bar.
You can have up to 400 saved layouts. If you exceed this limit, you will not be able to save new layouts.
Layout Information¶
Each layout in the list displays the following information:
- Name and Description: The name and description you have given to the layout.
- Tags: Any tags you have added to help categorize the layout.
- Visibility: An icon indicating whether the layout is Public or Unlisted.
- Age: The date the layout was created.
- Actions: Buttons to change layout visibility or delete the layout.
Visibility¶
You can control the visibility of each layout. There are two options:
- Public: The layout will be visible to everyone and will appear in public search results. This is useful for sharing your layout with the community.
- Unlisted: The layout will not appear on the Search page, but it will still be visible to anyone with the URL.
Sorting, Grouping and Filtering¶
The My Layouts page provides several options for sorting and filtering your layouts:
Search Bar: You can search for a layout by its name, description, or tags.
Sorting¶
You can select the sorting criteria and sort direction.
Grouping¶
Because visibility is only applied to compiled layouts, you must enable grouping
by Compiled status in order to group by Visibility. You can also sort
groups, using the button to the right of the grouping option.
Group Counters and Quick Navigation¶
A breakdown of layout group counts is displayed next to the title. The breakdown follows the current grouping settings. In the example shown, there are 26 layouts in total: 4 public, 10 unlisted, and 12 not compiled.
Clicking on a group counter will jump the list to the respective group. Next to
the group counters, there is a button to jump to the latest layout.
Bulk Actions¶
The layout multi-selector allows you to mark multiple layouts for bulk actions. A filled checkbox indicates that all items in a group are selected, while a partially-filled checkbox indicates that some but not all items in the group are selected (indeterminate status).
Once layouts are selected, the bulk action buttons will appear to the right of the grouping checkbox. The available bulk actions are:
- Make Public: Change the visibility of all Unlisted layouts in the selection to Public.
- Make Unlisted: Change the visibility of all Public layouts in the selection to Unlisted.
- Delete: Delete all selected layouts.
